Abstract


This article was first systematically explore the road problems after externalization advantages that the existing level of economic development and policy environment , the advantage externalization Approach , the advantage of path dependence , China the government strategic choice . Text around the advantage externalization \This paper discusses the idea is: First of all, in the first chapter , which analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the advantage , as well as its relationship with the comparative and competitive advantages , given the advantage externalization target ; Second , Chapter based on the second chapter further elaborated the advantage after externalization Approach ; then , in the third chapter analyzes the latecomer advantage externalization process two path dependence - the technology roadmap lock and system performance and formation mechanism of the transition path dependence ; Finally, in Chapter IV presents the principles of conduct of the existing government , as well as the strategic choice to overcome the the technology roadmap lock and reform path dependence .
