Abstract


After the end of the Cold War , Russia's own strength relative decline , but still exist as the foundation of a great nation . After the experience of the 1990s , domestic and foreign policy adjustments , Russia back on a steady path of development . Russia more and more attention in the pursuit of peace and powerful , with the increasingly powerful Eastern countries and India , two . Russia's own strength factors and diplomatic strategy in the process of development of relations with China and India , has a significant impact on Sino-Indian relations . Russia's strength is determined by its material aspects and non-material aspects of things .
