Abstract


The formation of large enterprise groups in enterprise management is an important issue , and how to build Shonan Coal Group is a relationship between the development of coal industry in South province very important issue . Based on the careful study of other enterprises group formation model based on the combination of research on the provincial coal enterprises and provincial SASAC , the Provincial Coal Bureau provided data analysis, on how to build Shonan Coal Group proposed the formation of a specific model . Specifically, is to press the \centralized management , building strong strategic operations , control and optimize the allocation of resources in place of the company. The nature of the newly formed group of companies is a wholly state-owned , the investor is the provincial SASAC .
