Abstract

Objective:TCM for soft tissue trauma was regularly used for the treatment of sports injury. It was accepted easily by people for its flexible prescriptions, multiple functions, safe,time saving and little side effect. During the application of medicinal herbs, we should not only pay attention to the functions of ingredients in medicinal herbs, but also focus on the health care and treatment of ion components in medicinal herbs. This thesis analysed and researched the relations between zinc content and different medicinal parts, properties, tastes, medicinal effects in 84 kinds of TCM for soft tissue trauma. The objective of this thesis was to provide the groundwork for clinical practice.The purpose of this study was to provide the data support for active components of Chinese Herbal Medicine. In a word, the aim of this paper was to take great advantage of TCM.Methods:The research selects 84 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine of heart channel tropism by reference of Cinic application and moderlized research of Chinese herbal medicine. What is more,I measured the content of Zn,Ca,Na,and Mg by AA-6650 atomic absorption photometer in the laboratory of College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Shanxi University.My research analyses the congruent ralationship among the content differense, relevance, indications function, property of medicine and flavorofadrug on the basic of statistics by SPSS 17.Results:1.84 bruises on taste zinc content in Chinese medicinal herbs tested, we know that the natural attributes and medicinal part in accordance with the classification contained in Chinese medicinal herbs for the whole plant is relatively high zinc content (P<0.05).2.84 Chinese medicinal herbs for flavor bruises, drug more use temperature, cold-based, and cold injury class higher than the zinc content in herbs and warm in the zinc content of Chinese herbal medicine class injury.3.84 Chinese medicinal herbs for flavor injury, medicinal properties of different categories, the average content of zinc were significantly different (P<0.05), Chinese medicinal herbs for clearing heat and detoxification of the average zinc content of 1.910 mg/g, swelling and pain of Chinese Traditional Medicine The average zinc content of 1.507 mg/g, to rot in Chinese medicinal herbs myogenic average zinc content of 1.637 mg/g, three kinds of medicinal herbs injury zinc were higher category.4.Clearing and detoxifying, anti-inflammatory analgesic, to rot and damage myogenic medicinal herbs contained in the class has a corresponding relationship between zinc content.Conclusion:1.
