Abstract


The tobacco industry is the pillar industry of Yunnan 's economic development , in a highly automated industrial environment safety management has a very important significance. Currently, tobacco production system safety management model is relatively backward , there is not standardized , data query statistics do not accurately and timely , and the like , there is no monitoring of safety management systems , safety reports the paper itself can not meet the security needs of members of the actual . Since the actual requirements of production safety , the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau of Economic Operation urgent need to smoke in supporting the development of a safety system safety management system . In this thesis, the design and technology from the demand aspects , the use of modern network communications technology, the establishment of a safety management involved in all aspects of safety management information system. In the system design, full account of the status of corporate management , the use of advanced information systems , construction tools and environment to achieve the smoke production safety management system. In the system design , the core modules include : Organization information rights management personnel , special equipment management, safety inspection , hazard management, emergency plan management .
