Abstract


The information management of labor insurance supplies has become a very important component of the modern enterprise management; it is more significance especially for those coal mining enterprises with higher safety requirements. However, Chinese coal mining enterprises have adopted manual mode to achieve information management of labor insurance supplies for a long period of time, which results in a long-time data collection & high man-made error rate and can not accurately reflect real-time status of those insurance products so as to affect operation and production of the enterprises adversely. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to design & develop a information management systems for labor insurance supplies for coalmine in order to satisfy the maximizing requirements of reproduction and to improve the efficiency of the staffs.This paper designs & implements the information management system of labor insurance supplies for coalmine on the base of specific research and analysis on the management status & requirements of labor insurance supplies for a coal mine in Shanxi province and by using the advanced theory for the information management systems. First of all, the requirement analysis is made for management processes and function modules for labor insurance products of coalmine; the case diagram of the system is built by using of technology of UML. Secondly, the three-tier architecture design is adopted to show the overall design program of the system; the key designs of the system is based on the object-oriented method; the system database is designed and created by using SQL Server and a special design is made especially for the security of information systems, which protects the system and data security through implementing such strategies as restricting user rights of the database management personnel and the security control of the Web server. After that, the sub-modules of every function modules of the system and their processes are planned and illustrated. The management of the labor insurance supplies for coalmine is divided into such sub-modules as program management, inventory management, information maintenance, insurance payment and statistical statements, and the Web publishing is achieved through IIS. Finally, combining the characteristics of the information management system for labor insurance supplies, the system is developed and implemented by using Visual Studio as the development platform, C#for the development of language, SQL Server 2000 as backstage database technology. The information management systems of labor insurance supplies have already been put into use, which brings convenience and efficiency to all the function offices and the management personnel at all levels when they handle their day-to-day affairs on the management of the labor insurance supplies and also improved the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprises. At the same time, it will also be a good reference for the related departments for coal mining industry.
