Abstract


In recent years, with the development of state-of-the-art manufacturing technology , many enterprises have invested in the introduction , development and production process control system , to improve product quality and production efficiency . Large format solar cell module production process control system is an important part of an enterprise factory automation solutions primarily responsible for tracking and monitoring of the production process , the production and maintenance of equipment . The paper first introduces the trends and research status of production and process control systems , in-depth research COM and Web service architecture . Large format solar cell module production process control system on the basis of the understanding of factory automation solutions , to establish the boundaries of the system model and software architecture , requirements analysis , functional modules of the system design . The FMB control system monitoring module the equipment maintenance module production , control module , to MSMQ and Web Service based message mechanism , while taking advantage of exception handling module design and implementation of the information exchange between the various functional modules . This article is designed to achieve various functional modules joint test , the system has been successfully applied to actual production .
