Abstract


All around us are in constant movements, all movement or state changes in a broad sense that is a signal, they convey different information. Change the nature of human understanding and that is get the signal from the start, after eliminate the false and retain the true, discard the dross and select the essential, exterior to interior, from here to the analysis and processing to achieve the ultimate goal. Achieved with precision, timeliness and robustness of motion detection and tracking is the current research.This paper studies the static cameras in the context of a single moving target detection and target tracking of frame difference and background difference method and so the original algorithm. Gives a single-camera motion detection and tracking under the implementation scheme, and then study the dynamic context of the moving target detection and tracking algorithms, together with other students set up a camera based on multi-target detection and tracking experiment platform to conduct some experiments. The work is as follows:1 for the frame difference and background difference method both the original object detection algorithm for the campaign’s strengths and weaknesses of these algorithms corresponding comparison method, improved and perfected. Improved algorithm, a method of background extraction and updating using Kalman filtering and area threshold constraints on various parameters for moving target state estimation, data on the experimental treatment, the results show that the improved motion target detection algorithm to quickly and accurately to achieve the initial model of moving target, the model update and prediction.2 digital image processing method mainly due to two practical applications:First, the people in order to facilitate analysis of the image information to further improve and perfect; second is to enable the automatic machine understanding of image data processing, such as:storage, transmission and display. This article analyzes the characteristics of digital image processing method and video image capture methods and principles. Define the scope of image processing, describes the image processing technique used to measure the performance of the main concepts and digital image processing in the principal study.3 the experimental design and implementation of target detection and tracking platform, the platform is based on the multi-camera, able to achieve the functions such as: moving target detection, target tracking well to the formation of You detection and tracking of data generated and the target trajectory transfer and so on.
