Abstract


The industrialization of the broadcast television systems continue to develop. The Group has become one of the hot issues of community radio and television attention and discussion . Promote the reform of Radio and Television Group is China 's radio and television deal with the fierce competition in the international media , to optimize the internal structure , to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of major initiatives is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the socialist market economy and productivity of large-scale development of China 's radio and television , is also China radio and television theory and practice of the deepening of the inevitable result of the development . Radio and Television Group vigorous reform practice requires some of the basic issues of the Group to further clarify the specification , for which one of the issues - the model of corporate governance of the Radio and Television Group conducted in-depth discussions . This article is divided into four chapters. Chapter I Overview of corporate governance theory , mainly on the basic principles of the theory of corporate governance , including the concept, connotation , provided object . Chapter our way out of the reform of the Radio and Television Group , from the perspective of corporate governance theory to explore the direction of the deepening reform of the Radio and Television Group , proposed that the company is the future objectives of the reform of the Radio and Television Group , This can be achieved by building a modern property rights system and improve the corporate governance structure . Chapter China Radio and Television Group corporate governance mode is selected , through the comparison of Chinese and foreign broadcasters (Group) principle of service , drawing on foreign broadcasters (Group) model of corporate governance , to design the most suitable for China Radio and Television Group 's corporate governance model specific programs .
