Abstract


In this Paper, we illustrate how to apply the fundamental principle of game theory to competition strategies of corporate. Every corporate made a series of competition strategies in the competition market. It ’s testified that some strategies are successful and some are failing; some strategies are correct one based on the change of market and competitors’ information and some are only gambles. It’s very important that how corporate makes correct competition strategies for the development of corporate. This paper analyses the fundamental principle of the price competition strategies, quantity competition strategies, Collusion and cooperation and product differentiation in game theory frame and makes some explanations for some cases.
