Abstract


Performance Evaluation of Enterprise is a research project by the widespread attention at home and abroad , after nearly a century of development , it has developed from the past purely financial analysis to the financial and non- financial factors combine for a comprehensive and integrated evaluation , and, increasingly, Concerned about the business strategy and corporate external factors that impact on enterprise performance . In the first part of a comprehensive review of the concept and development process of performance evaluation . The new point of view of enterprise performance evaluation should be carried out from the three dimensions of the value of time , space evaluation . Pointed out that the internal and external factors affecting corporate performance , and summarizes the typical performance evaluation of the development process for performance evaluation of domestic and foreign enterprises and Western companies . In the second part of a detailed analysis of the system framework of a complete enterprise performance evaluation system , including the establishment of the basic theory of Enterprise Performance Evaluation System , the basic elements of the basic principles and Enterprise Performance Evaluation System . In the third part of the paper , in the summary of the strengths and weaknesses of our existing performance evaluation system based on the establishment of a new performance evaluation system a useful exploration , the establishment of a set of object-oriented enterprise performance evaluation system . The system is based on the three dimensions of the two basic functions of performance evaluation and performance measure , the perspective of stakeholders from business interests , re - analysis of enterprise performance evaluation should include the basic content , creative design dynamic evaluation system and the index weight , to ensure widely applicable and scientific evaluation system . Finally, proposed a new method for performance comparison - to compare the performance variability of current business performance for the differences in historical performance and expected performance .
