Abstract


With the evolution of information technology , globalization and networking is increasingly in depth , original kind of individual enterprise mode , or simply a strategic alliance has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the new economy . In the case of limited resources , the enterprises based on the construction and maintenance of their own core competencies , and the help of external capacity by outsourcing innovation strategy , has become a corporate source of sustainable competitive advantage . With the transfer of this paradigm , theory and business circles are aware of the importance of Outsourcing innovation , Chinese and foreign scholars for outsourcing innovation , however , is only at the initial qualitative phase . Therefore , specific methods and steps of how to implement the outsourcing innovation strategy of the enterprise to carry out in-depth research , has a very important theoretical and practical significance . Outsourcing innovation inherent mechanism of the papers from the transaction cost theory , the resource view theory , the theory of core competence , and comparative cost theory perspective . And starting from the background and the concept of the origin of outsourcing innovation , outsourcing innovation strategic significance of the negative impact of its business management . The paper presents and analyzes the three basic modes - core alliances mode , the value of Alliance mode and network alliance mode outsourcing innovation ; turn on the internal and external corporate capacity assessment basis for comparison , by outsourcing innovation mode choice model and outsourcing partners choose model of qualitative research and quantitative calculation combined proposed the enterprise specific implementation method of outsourcing innovation strategy and steps . Finally, knowledge management , outsourcing partner relationship management , outsourcing strategy , risk control and human resources management , the paper discusses the innovative special management outsourcing strategies , the study of how to use the path of outsourcing innovation strategy to achieve sustained competitive advantage .
