Abstract


With full access to the stage of rapid urbanization in China , urban land use planning control should play a more important role . Based primarily on urban land use planning and control is a detailed plan, through the analysis of a large number of relevant literature and planning instance , organize, and combined with the practice of Guilin city center area planning , prepared to further improve the regulatory detailed planning technology and implementation of the system , some preliminary understanding and views. From the analysis of the current situation of China 's specific national conditions and construction paper summarizes the development of China 's urban land -use planning control background and the problems ; Secondly , the concept of land use planning control is defined and clarified its class content , features and the task ; subsequently , introduced the system of foreign countries and Hong Kong and Taiwan , urban planning and development control mode ; comprehensive analysis of the status quo of regulatory detailed planning studies pointed out that some problems exist in the preparation and implementation of institutional and proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions ; Finally, the central area of Guilin rules: designated practice example empirical analysis pointed out that some of its defects and made ??several suggestions .
