Abstract


The term \In the mid-1990s, with the rapid development of network technology, the growing popularity of the concept of middleware. Essentially, middleware is a the distribution software layer (or platform) to abstract the underlying distributed environment (network, host, operating system, programming language) the complexity and heterogeneity. The current CORBA, DCOM, RMI, such as RPC middleware technology has been widely used in various fields. But the face of the size and complexity are increasingly distributed system has the following disadvantages: Only for synchronous communication; customers and service lifetime of the object tightly coupled; only the lack of peer-to-peer communications. Message-oriented middleware support communication protocols, reliability, ease of use has its own advantages. Messaging middleware can take advantage of highly efficient and reliable message passing mechanism for platform-independent data exchange, inter-process communication by providing messaging and message queuing model can be extended in a distributed environment, and support for multiple communication protocols, languages, applications, hardware and software platforms. The performance of the messaging middleware for data transmission is essential. Performance quality seriously affect the efficiency and success rate of data transmission. The case of high load system capacity is an important indicator of the performance of messaging middleware. For messaging middleware system, you need a good performance testing tool to conduct stress tests of its communication function. JMeter is an excellent tool for functional and performance testing, it is the the Apache organization of open source projects, is based on Java Swing the desktop program, designed for load testing, system performance testing. Because JMeter open source and can be customized features, its design and development of the plug-in. This article is divided into three parts, the first two chapters of the first part, introduced the concepts and components of the messaging middleware, and has greater impact on the JMS specification. The third chapter of the second part, send and receive messages based messaging middleware application system (GLOMS) Design and Implementation of DSS framework handling mechanism. Chapters 4 and 5 for the third part, focusing on analysis of of JMeter core code, design and implementation of the DSS-based framework for communication JMeter plug-in (plugin) and use the plug-in stress testing gloms system.
