Abstract


Objective: retrospective study of dorsal chain flap the finger skin defects clinical effect . Method : application the dorsal metacarpal chain type flap for finger skin defect in 9 cases. Results: 9 cases of chain flap switch operation surgery went well , flaps survived ; followed up for 6 months to 1 year , the fingers were in good form and function . Conclusion: the dorsal metacarpal chain flap survival reliable , simple operation , easy way to repair the finger skin defect .
