Abstract


Since 1960’s, Chinese NPOs (Non-Profit Organizations) have made great progress. Along with the gradually perfecting of the socialism market-economy system, the development of Chinese NPOs is up against unprecedented opportunities.There are five chapters in the paper.The first chapter introduces the reasons about the research thesis, analyzes the concept of NPOs.The second chapter analyzes the history and current situation of NPOs in China as well as its management system.The third chapter points out the problems about the development of China’s NPOs from the aspects of its internal and external conditions.The fourth chapter introduces the development of NPOs in some countries and districts such as American, England and so on .The last chapter puts forward some suggestions to the development of China’s NPOs, according to the present conditions of our country.
