Abstract


With the further development of China's economic , national and enterprise information construction became urgent need to accelerate the reform and opening up and socialist modernization , small and medium - sized software companies as a force for information construction in China , which determines the degree of innovation and development process of informatization in China speed and quality. Currently , small and medium - sized software companies in the critical period of development mode transformation , innovation and development of a single , linear model has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the small and medium - sized software companies . In this paper, a comprehensive innovation management theory of small and medium - sized software enterprises , six innovative elements ( technology, strategy , culture , organization , institution , market ) , the most active technology , organization and market innovative elements collaborative innovation impact factors carried out in-depth research . First, a review of the status of collaborative innovation influencing factors at home and abroad , and the analysis of the current research in the field blind spot ; Second, the technology affect small and medium - sized software companies - organizations - market collaborative innovation 30 influencing factors are summarized for the first time , and by statistical analysis to determine the main influencing factors of 27 , to reduce the dimension of these factors , extraction and defines eight public factor by factor analysis ; once again , established small and medium - sized software companies - organization - market collaborative innovation impact factors role model , using structural equation model theory empirical analysis of the relationship of the eight common factor with small and medium-sized software companies - organization - Market collaborative innovation capacity ; Finally, based on the analysis of the test results of theoretical assumptions put forward to enhance small and medium-sized software enterprise Technology - organization - market collaborative innovation capability countermeasures . Hope Through this research , can be guided to some extent, of collaborative innovation theory in the process of innovation in small and medium - sized software companies to enhance collaborative innovation and development capabilities of small and medium-sized software enterprises in China .
