In the protection of the ecological environment, promoting the sustainable development of society today, the environment and development issues has been more and more attention; along with the rapid development of the power industry, the comprehensive utilization of fly ash also embarked on the path of development of the resource . In view of this situation, the subject has soil agent (hereinafter referred to as HAS) Consolidation of Fly Ash on the performance of the cured material research, and hope to be able in certain economic conditions under the premise of curing fly ash instead of cement soil with channels impermeable material. The test results were as follows: 1 on the optimum water content of the cured fly ash explore: the amount of water drawn when different components of the cured material with a compaction test, and then by the method of least squares fitting data obtained after curing Fly the amount of water empirical formula: Q = stone of 0.285M_ powder 0.36M_HAS 0.038M_. (2) the degree of compaction of the cured material is an important indicator to control its intensity, the degree of compaction is too small the cured material would not be able to molding, the degree of compaction is too large to give construction brings difficulty. We curing of fly ash in the different degree of compaction measured compressive strength after compaction results show that when the minimum degree of compaction of 95% curable materials can exhibit better performance. HAS curing materials with different contents of the performance test, test block showed better performance when only 5% of the dosage of the curing agent, meet the canal seepage engineering and technical procedures SL18-19 on cement soil strength requirements; when the dosage of 9%, the strength of the cured fly ash cement soil strength more than 15% of the cement content; visible the HAS hardeners effect is better than cement, the curing pulverized coal gray completely replace cement soil as anti-seepage materials. The cured material has better performance, we try as aggregate in curing fly ash with different contents of stone chips and cinder. The test results showed that: the incorporation of different amounts of aggregate cured strength of the material is significantly improved by adding 60% chippings the cured performance of the fly ash can even reach the level of the concrete C10. 5 Finally, cost analysis, we compared the soil cement cured fly ash and concrete in the construction costs, we can see cured fly ash channels impermeable material is economically viable way. In summary, HAS cured fly ash is an ideal channel impermeable material, are technically and economically feasible, it fully embodies the unity of the social, economic and environmental benefits of waste management .
