Abstract


The problem of unemployment is the general problem faced to the developed market economy country and economic transition country on the market nowadays. It not merely concerns the vital interests of the huge numbers of families, influences the labourer’s life, at the same time, it concerns the country’s economic and social development and stabilization. China has met the problem of unemployment too in the course of economic transition and economic development. At present, with the promotion of economic reform in China, as the economic transition ,the economy in our country has been keeping continuously high-speed growth all the time , meanwhile, but rate of unemployment remains high. It have exerted an enormous and negative influence on such every aspect as the economy , the society , politics of our country ,etc. This thesis regards western economic theory as guidelines, on the basis of absorbing beneficial achievement that our country’s academia studies about the problem of unemployment of our country, use determine the nature and quantitative analytical methods , carry on the understanding again to the characteristic .reason of the unemployment problem in the course of our country economic transition. Meanwhile , by studying and discussion the administration measure of the economic transition country in the world, combining the objective reality of economic transition in our country, from the macroscopic and micro visual angle, the thesis discusses systemically the policy and creative thinking about unemployment control in our country economic transition period.This thesis includes five part altogether, Part I introduce researching background about this thesis, and has analyzed and reviewed already studying. Part II define unemployment conception and discuss the domestic and international unemployment theory. Part III carry on the understanding again to the characteristic ,reason of the unemployment problem in the course of our country economic transition on the basis of already studying, and analyze the new characteristic and reason of the unemployment problem in our country. Part IV point out its reference meaning in our country through studying the measures of the unemployment control in the economic transition country .Part V from the macroscopic and micro visual angle, discuss the policy and creative thinking about unemployment control in our country economic transition period.
