Abstract


Peter Drucker once said, \From the evaluation body, we have chosen to evaluate the performance of the insurance companies from the insurance business managers perspective. Departure from the meaning and purpose of the management of performance, and the performance evaluation of the object is defined as two aspects - financial and operating performance and the operating performance. Financial and operating performance evaluation from a financial point of view, certain financial ratios to evaluate the operational efficiency of the insurance, financial statistics caliber consistency in the same industry, the method is more conducive to the comparison between enterprises in the same industry, the cost of lower. But the insurance industry is a special industry operational risks, financial goals will make the one-sided pursuit of increased business risk, and purely financial evaluation is not conducive to the day-to-day operation and management of the enterprise. The consolidated operating performance evaluation of comprehensive corporate financial and non-financial aspects, a more comprehensive evaluation of business efficiency.
