Abstract


Web services is an emerging Internet application development technologies . Use a variety of Web services , people are free to customize the applications they need . Web services use XML language as a basis for cross-platform , cross- database between loosely coupled . Enterprises often need to integrate with different languages ??and running on different platforms of various programs , this integration will spend a lot of manpower and material resources . Even on the same platform , different software manufacturers a variety of software usually need to be integrated . Through Web services , the application can use the standard functions and data exposed for use by other applications . This article is based on this idea , on the use of Web services technology and how to achieve application integration had in-depth discussions . This article discusses divided into four parts : the first chapter , first an overview of the NET platform and J2EE platforms , compares the characteristics of each platform . Then introduced the components in the different environments . Also explained several typical solutions to achieve program integration between different components on different platforms . Finally, the basic principles of application integration , data conversion between heterogeneous platforms .
