Purpose and Background: The stress ulcer is the body in a variety of critical situations occurring acute gastric mucosal injury is a serious clinical complication more common , its pathogenesis is not very clear, which may be its bile reflux a major factor in morbidity ; study confirmed that the body under stress conditions in a variety of gastrointestinal hormones may change significantly , while gastrointestinal hormones on bile secretion and discharge have an important role , but in the body under stress and gastrointestinal hormone changes and bile flow relationship has not been reported , so this research on traumatic stress rabbit bile flow , plasma motilin , gastrin and glucagon content changes and their relationships . Preliminary study of stress ulcer bile reflux mechanism . Methods: Preparation of rabbit Clamp off lower limbs traumatic stress model , the common bile duct bile flow metering tube drainage of bile , bile flow before and after recording traumatic stress changes , through radioimmunoassay plasma motilin and gastrin , glucagon content changes . Results: rabbit bile flow after traumatic stress than before stress significantly increased after stress (3.01 ± 0.36ml/min), before stress (2.12 ± 0.24ml/min); plasma motilin (MOT), stomach secretin (GAS), glucagon (GL) levels increased stress before and after values were: motilin (895.741 ± 128.926,972.451 ± 189.394p lt; 0.01), gastrin (823.649 ± 158.056,938.817 ± 150.580 p lt; 0.01), glucagon (106.309 ± 35.419,202.022 ± 60.716 p lt; 0.01); bile flow changes consistent with hormonal changes . Conclusion: Traumatic stress can affect rabbit bile flow increased significantly , gastrointestinal hormone changes may affect the bile secretion and discharge of important factors. And because of delayed gastric emptying and pyloric dysfunction, increase in bile flow may increase bile reflux , promote ulcer from occurring.
