Abstract


Since the late 1970s from Japan since the introduction of the concept of logistics, the logistics industry in China has been the rapid development of the advanced stage of the development of the logistics industry is the third-party logistics, it is a new logistics operation mode. Due to the competitive environment of the market, third-party logistics is bound to become the inevitable choice of the majority of our enterprise. But third-party logistics in China is still in the primary stage, just the rise of third-party logistics enterprises, the development of third-party logistics enterprises will promote the overall development of China's logistics. China's logistics in recent years a lot of the development of modern logistics as a new industry is gaining widespread attention. However, due to various limitations, information technology is increasingly becoming the bottleneck in the development of the logistics industry in China. With China's accession to the WTO, China began to accelerate the pace of development of the logistics industry. In 2001, the Chinese government promulgated the guiding document for the development of modern logistics, especially prominent and stressed that \How to improve the level of logistics information will be an important topic for all those who care about the development of China's logistics industry to face. Key combined with the characteristics of China's logistics and logistics development, the third-party e-commerce logistics information technology discussion and analysis, the article is divided into five parts: The first part introduces the concept of e-commerce features, logistics the relationship between the concept and development, as well as between the two. The second part introduces the formation of the definition and characteristics of the third-party logistics, and summarizes the classification of the third-party logistics and business. Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of third-party e-commerce logistics mode, guide enterprises to develop third-party logistics should try to avoid risks and maximize benefits. The third part of the core of modern logistics information technology, e-commerce environment, the course of development of the logistics information, define its definition of the importance of the logistics information, analyzed the development of information technology in the domestic logistics the present situation of the parameters of the standard of evaluation of enterprise logistics information. The fourth part of the main logistics information - Logistics Information System illustrate the analysis presented before build a logistics information system to the logistics enterprise business process reengineering. Fifth, third-party logistics specific cases to illustrate how to proceed with the construction of logistics information. The development of third-party logistics is an inevitable trend in our country, and logistics information technology has become the bottleneck of the development of the logistics industry in China, for third-party logistics information technology is very meaningful.
