Abstract


The research about Knowledge Management has warmed up international, which not only develops in theory, but also in practice try. The new management activity has fruitfully practiced in knowledge-integrated industry, such as IT、Consultation etc. Now it expends to construction industry. It is necessary to establish research about construction industry’s knowledge management’s strategy 、supporting technology 、learning mechanism and service mode to cope with the new management activity. The main works in this paper are: The paper analyzed correlative conceptions about Knowledge Management, summarized national and international research works about Knowledge Management. Then the article put forward the main problem of construction industry’s Knowledge Management, and gave its definition、countermeasures、strategy and some question about its establishment. According to strategy, the paper analyzed its supporting technology, also evaluated IT technology’s usage and effective in construction industry; analyzed traditional methods to summarize experience in construction industry, then put forward accident-based project learning method, which analyzes its knowledge system、feedback mechanism、key activities and main question in its establishment, at last further analyzed the process with a case; the paper put forward service content and technology structure of base-on XML Web service of construction industry knowledge management, with summary of practice cases, the paper put forward development direction of Web service, at last the paper introduced Knowledge Management application in construction quality management system.
