Abstract


Air Defense information warfare, the future of information technology air defense combat style , its combat effectiveness level of play is the important factors that affect the air defense combat victory , therefore , in order to adapt to the new changes of the future information warfare to win the future air defense initiative and winning the right to Defense information warfare performance assessment conducted in-depth study and exploration . Full Defense information warfare systems performance assessment as the main line , starting from the analysis of the future of information technology trends of air defense operations , the basic concepts of the system describes the characteristics of the air defense information warfare , combat style architecture , and command and control methods . Weapon System Effectiveness Evaluation criteria selected principles and common methods to explore the basic characteristics and common methods of Defense information warfare system performance assessment , the establishment of a system performance evaluation index system of multi-level structure . Finally, briefly on the basis of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and rough set theory of knowledge , asked the Analytic Hierarchy Process and rough sets are two ways of Defense information warfare systems performance assessment , were constructed analytic hierarchy process for the air defense system of information warfare and rough set method performance assessment model , these two methods of performance assessment methods and procedures , and the practicality and feasibility of the method by an example . Analyze and compare the pros and cons of both performance assessment method for the process and the results of evaluation experiments , obtained assessment methods artificially small interference of subjective factors , assessment faster , more realistic and objective assessment results . Be achieved by programming the entire system performance evaluation process , designed a set of performance evaluation software based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and rough set method of air defense information warfare , to provide a platform to assess the operational effectiveness of the the Air Defense information warfare actual battle .
