Abstract


Economy of the region in development is on the base of the pillar industry ,the formation of the the pillar industry depend on the development of group leader enterprise, the development of the group leader enterprise lie on the strategic establishment and implements.Along with the implementation of western region develop stratagy,because national macroscopic policy is made to incline to Tibet interborough in“15”period, the Tibet economic construction obtains the fast and stable development. The building materials industry present a fast growth ,especially the cement industry.Tibet has already established six pillar industries:the tourism, the Tibet medicine industry, the plateau special living creature industry and green food( drink) industry, the agriculture livestock products process and race handicraft industry, mineral industry, the building materials industry.Meantime, along with the gradual improvement of transportation condition, especially completion of QINGZANG railroad, the cost of nonlocal cement is lower,the internal cement business that monopolizing the market is put into the position full of more and more vigorous competition.How to succeed in the vehemente competition, is a rigorous topic that the Tibet cement business enterprise of the region are confronting. This request the Tibet cement enterprise exactitude treat and analysize Tibet market and the development direction and strategies of the enterprise.Tibet TIANMEI building materials Ltds.is a state-owned cement business on the group leader position. This thesis makes a research of the development of the company from the point of strategic development.
