Objective: To observe cathepsin D (Cathepsin D, CD), proliferating cell nuclear antigen Ki67 (Kj-67Antigen, Ki67) in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), basal cell carcinoma (BCC), seborrheic keratosis ( and name basal cell papilloma , SK) expression in tissue analysis of its expression differences and their significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method 15 cases of SCC, 15例BCC, 14例SK and 10 normal control skin tissue paraffin sections were carried CD, Ki67 staining was observed under an optical microscope and counting the positive cells , according to the positive to determine the percentage expressing cells . Results using x ~ 2 test and rank correlation analysis . Results : (1) CD, Ki67 expression in normal skin tissue were negative . (2) CD in SK, BCC, SCC tumor tissues were elevated in the SCC, SK differences in expression (P <0.05); their percentage of positive cells and SK, BCC, SCC malignant tumor tissue were positively correlation (P <0.05); CD stromal cells in positive rates were 85.7% , 66.7 %, 33.3% , among differentially expressed (P <0.05). (3) Ki67 in SK, BCC, SCC tumor tissue expression were also elevated expression differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); percentage of positive cells and SK, BCC, SCC malignant tumor tissue were positively correlated ( P <0.05). (4) CD, Ki67 positive correlation between the two (p <0.05). Conclusions: ( 1 ) cathepsin D and Ki67 nuclear antigen in normal skin tissue showed negative expression in seborrheic keratosis, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma tissues , the positive expression rates were increased , the positive percentage of cells expressing the degree of malignancy and tumor tissue were positively correlated . ( 2 ) cathepsin D and Ki67 nuclear antigen both in the seborrheic keratosis, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma tissue percentage of positive cells was positively correlated .
