Abstract


Community development, economic reform and social transformation is the product of shoulders to promote reform , social transformation, to achieve \contribute to the achievement of social self-management , self-development is an effective way . Community constitutes the basic unit of society and build a harmonious and safe communities , build a socialist harmonious society infrastructure projects. In this paper, the theory and practice of community building carried out in-depth analysis, summarized in Jiangxi Province of Community development policy guiding significance on the basis of further demonstrated autonomous community is the ultimate goal of community development , community development will inevitably have social , universal and standardization trend. Jiangxi urban communities for basic completion propaganda, promotion and pilot tasks in full swing , entered a transitional period of the specific circumstances presented in Jiangxi urban community building should adhere to the people and serve the people , uphold the Party's leadership and the relative autonomy law combined , adhere integration of resources and sharing of build , adhere community sustainable development , build by the party , government leaders, departments cooperate closely with community committees, organization and implementation of social forces to support , people to participate in community management system .
