Abstract


As a new method of discourse analysis, critical discourse analysis (CDA) in recent years, the rise in foreign countries and has become a new trend. This theory, however, was introduced to China relatively late, so far relatively shallow domestic research. Therefore, the authors believe that it is necessary to this theory is the more serious, more systematic research, the same which is the purpose of this paper. The main content of this paper and the results are summarized as follows: First, review the previous discourse analysis method, including text linguistics, speech act theory, interactive sociolinguistics, communicative ethnographic Pragmatic Learning and session analysis. These methods are not only plays an important role in the field of discourse analysis, but also have their own impact and contribution to the generation of critical discourse analysis theory. The next chapter is a comprehensive introduction to the CDA theory, including its philosophy and linguistics based on theoretical principles, the main point of this theory to solve the main problem. Fairclough and Wodak (1997:270) the main principles of the CDA theory summarized as follows: (1) CDA is committed to solve social problems. (2) The power relations discourse. (3) constitute the social and cultural discourse. (4) discourse engaged in ideological work. (5) The discourse is history. (6) the relationship between the text and the social via intermediaries. (7) Discourse analysis is interpretative. (8) discourse is a form of social behavior. In addition, the article also such as the purpose of the CDA theory interpretation of analysis, such as exposing power analysis and demonstrate the \words, the relationship between the social, ideological and power. The focus of this article to analyze the effectiveness of the inspection and CDA theory through the corpus. CDA results greater degree of assumption is closely related with the language applications, rather than the form of language itself, used corpus is divided into four language domains: political discourse, the public discourse, the language of science, and the day-to-day session. The purpose of the text corpus analysis is to test in practice the basic viewpoints of the CDA theory, analysis tools, and application language domain. On the basis of the results of the corpus analysis, the evaluation of the integrity and validity of the theory of CDA. Analysis to prove the CDA theory in some language domains, especially in the political discourse in the feasibility and effectiveness of the addition proved compared with the language of science and everyday conversation, the political discourse and the public discourse the use of the language means, including some language means really conducive the discourse generated to conceal an intention or ideology.
