Abstract

Along with the development of enterprise information construction more detailed, it is very necessary to integrate various systems of enterprises. At the same time, the integrated way that various systems accepted is more important. Financial management is the core of Enterprise Resource Planning Management. Its management object is flow of funds, and it measures the effectiveness and efficiency of enterprise operation. The advantages of cooperative office are used information fully, improved work efficiency and quality and increased productivity, through office of business completes by a variety of equipment, various human-computer information systems assisted. In the general, before cooperative office appears, financia for approval uses papers, the time of approval is long, and the resources are wasted. So you can combine cooperative office and financial management of common sense, then financia for approval can complete by workflow based on cooperative office. When the approval is completed, you can write the Critical data to ERP system. The Combination can make up for the deficiencies of traditional ERP systems, impoves processing efficiency of the employees and managers, and makes the process of enterprise information develop better. This article focuses on how to build such a cooperative office financial subsystem.The overall program of the system was determined through the development process of Lotus Domino/Notes, research status of cooperative office, status and development trend of financia system, actual situation of the company and the related technologies incuded Document database, data synchronization, Lotus Domino concurrency control and system security research. The platform of the subsystem is Lotus Domino. The structure of the subsystem is B/S (Browser/Server). The database of the subsystem is document database. The functions include the basic information management, the load application, the advance payment application, the travel application, the financial reimbursement, the payment inquiry, the account management. Besides, the subsystem interacting with ERP system and bank front-end can comlecte the financial documents, online payment and other functions.In this paper, first, we analyze the requirements of the subsystem, and introduce the related technologies. Second we describe the system design including the overall architecture of the subsystem, detailed functional design, database design and the detailed design of every function. Thrid, we describe theimplementation process of the system through decribing the specific implementation process of the various functions and displaying the interface of the various functions, and finally the system was tested and analyzed.
