Abstract


The United States has a unique death culture, which makes her and other Western industrialized countries are different, the United States is the twenty-first century Western industrialized countries, the only still has the death penalty system countries; in the United States, they do not violate specific federal relevant laws, each state has the right to decide for themselves the penalty system, including its system of capital punishment.
