Abstract

The founding of the Chinese Communist Party is facing to establish and consolidate the people's democratic regime, restoration and development of the national economy, for the socialist transformation of production and other work, and strive to achieve from a revolutionary party to a ruling party changes. In this process, under the conditions of the ruling Communist Party of China's grass-roots party organizations were active exploration, the initial formation of the party in the building of grassroots organizations under the conditions of governance theory. This article from a historical perspective, on the founding of the Chinese Communist Party's grassroots organizations were reviewed and discussed in an attempt to summarize some useful lessons for the current grass-roots party organizations to provide some reference and inspiration. This addition to the introduction and conclusion, is divided into three chapters on the early days of grassroots party organizations conduct a systematic exposition. Chapter I stood by the Revolutionary Communist Party of China a strategic point of view to change the ruling, from the macro and micro aspects discussed the Chinese Communist Party grassroots organizations face new background. From a macro speaking, the Chinese Communist Party's social status changes, changes in their environment, the main task of the change, the work shift in the focus gave grassroots party organizations brought new challenges. The second chapter discusses the founding of the Chinese Communist Party to power for the realization of the revolutionary transformation of the grass-roots party building new exploration, mainly from the grass-roots party system construction, the positioning of grassroots organizations function and role play, the grass-roots party system operation, party building, the whole party movement and other aspects investigated the founding historical practice of grassroots party organizations. Practice this period accumulated many lessons for the future construction of grass-roots party organizations had a significant impact: the work units, production units for the carrier to establish and improve the whole society and grass-system: functions and the grass-roots party organizations role of in-depth thinking and exploration: Strengthening the institutional building of grassroots organizations; through strict party approach to development, to improve the standard of party members, party members to strengthen the education and management to strengthen party building; pure movement through the entire party grassroots organizations, grassroots organizations to improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness. The third chapter analyzes the founding of the Chinese Communist Party grassroots organizations on the current grass-roots party building and Inspiration, by summing up the early days of grassroots party-building lessons, continue to thoroughly investigate the new era of the Chinese Communist Party grassroots organizations new path.
