Abstract


In this study, Western psychology of positive emotions on the basis of research , first introduced Fredrickson's positive emotions expansion - build theory, and validation studies done by researchers , to use as a basis for this study the theory and methods reference . Positive emotion expansion - build theory, positive emotions expand the individual's momentary thought - action system , prompting them to engage in a wider range of thinking and behavioral activity , also can build enduring personal resources , from physical resources , intellectual resources to social resources and psychological resources. This study consists of two parts, the first study of positive emotions and negative emotions presumably the result of stressful events for the impact . The results showed that : positive thinking, positive mood induction group was significantly higher than the group of negative emotion evoked positive thinking ; rather negative mood induction group was significantly higher than negative thinking positive mood induction group negative thinking . Positive mood induction group outperformed the results on the supposed negative emotions induced group . Secondly, try to verify the positive and negative emotions and coping style health effects , first examine the positive emotions and negative emotions can affect the health of the individual , and then examine coping style , what impact will the health . The results showed that: positive emotions after a month the greatest impact on health . Progress over time to increase positive emotions of individuals , their health will be better. Actively cope with high packet month after the positive emotion was significantly higher than the positive response to low group ; escape to cope with high packet month after the negative emotion was significantly higher than the low group ; positive response and escape coping response to these two levels of health have a significant impact . The results of this study support the hypothesis advance . The empirical research results can be obtained for further exploration of research areas provide valuable information .
