Abstract


In this thesis examining existing domestic and foreign scholars on college emergencies analysis , based on the transition of college students around the incident types and characteristics of the study , focusing on college students to explore the consequences of unexpected events and the reasons for enlargement students emergencies warning of beliefs, norms and mechanisms to build, because the management of emergencies college students both a theoretical warning , but also a practice , this article intends to adopt the theoretical analysis and the method of combining social reality , first, from the theoretical analysis of them , and thus reveal its emergency management in college students in the practical significance. This thesis is divided into four parts: the first part of the paper mainly discusses the foreign scholars , academics and scholars from mainland China RTHK emergency management in university studies were carried out , with time and events to highlight the mainland scholar context management for College Students emergencies sprout , start-up and development of the three stages of research . In the second part , by introducing domestic and foreign scholars on College Student Management emergencies classifying, summarizing the common understanding between them , and then define the college students in emergency management types and characteristics . In the third part analyzes the consequences of unexpected events college students magnify the reason , and then come out of the management of early warning college students three concepts and eight specifications. In the fourth part , through the first three parts of the analysis and discussion , from the organization , systems and communication to build three aspects of the management of college students early warning mechanism .
