Abstract


Occupational social work in China is still a new thing, since 2003 Shanghai for the first time since recruiting professional social workers, the community gave this emerging profession greater attention. Development of social work profession itself not only with the theoretical level, quality of personnel and management of construction, but also with the external social environment are closely linked. \In this context, the social work function is highlighted, to reflect the value of social workers for the further development of the profession to provide a favorable opportunity. Due to occupational specificity, social worker quality directly determines the function of the realization of social work or not, therefore, I believe that social workers develop team building and management is the core issue of Social Work. However, due to the occupation of Western origin of social work theory and our social reality exist \quality compared with the needs of society is still not a small gap, social worker management system also needs to be improved. In this paper, the current team of social workers in the construction and management problems, the spirit of \Paper is divided into three parts: The first part describes the originator of occupational social work in our country, the development of the historical background, that \building a harmonious society \The second part presents the current team of social workers in the construction and management of two major problems, and from the definition of occupational areas, incentive mechanism, three aspects of the quality of social workers was further discussed. The third part focused on the problems discussed above and deficiencies presented to team building and management of social workers some thoughts. From the management system and improve the quality of social workers, drawing on foreign experience and promoting China's social work professionalization of social work in four areas put forward corresponding countermeasures.
