Abstract


Primary and secondary stages of school choice a long standing problem , it has become a major problem in China at all levels of government education . Because of this problem , involving almost every household and basic education at all levels , together with its political and economic system and our social transition period appeared various interests , social contradictions closely intertwined , and thus in the maintenance of social stability and unity , maintaining compulsory public under the premise of our government for school choice thinking very cautious . With the help of \In this review , I think the last decade , China's primary and secondary school choice issue has always been entangled inadequate investment in education and governance Educational Charge frame of mind , not from the government 's policy of Public School Reform in height for the \school choice \To this end , I will change the public school system and school choice issues combine scrutiny. By examining the franchise system, the voucher system , home school , three challenges of the public school system of school choice institutional arrangements abroad , specifically school choice program can independently assume full responsibility for education reform in order to rebuild a new kind of public school education system . When Choosing examine our vision down when the public school system reform , this paper proposes change our public school system is the reconstruction of the key issues of the relationship between government and the public schools . Finally, the author puts forward several proposals to adjust our school choice system .
