Abstract


Facing teachers as the information age , the rapid growth of knowledge of the status quo , on the one hand, you want to expand the subject knowledge to impart to students ; the other hand , you want to update the existing pedagogical content knowledge to improve the teaching effect , to improve the transmission of knowledge efficiency. Studies have shown more and more outstanding teachers have the knowledge structure , the proportion of \On the current situation , however , concerned about the value of tacit knowledge in the field of Teacher Training is not enough for their research is not only a breakthrough in the field of enterprise knowledge management . Therefore, the focus of this thesis is the relationship between tacit knowledge and Teacher Training , as well as how to take advantage of the growth of the tacit knowledge transfer to the promotion of young teachers . Around the above problem, this paper focuses on the content of the following chapters: Chapter 1 Overview of the research background , significance , specific research content and structure of the paper , showing an overview of this paper . Chapter 2 explores the origin as well as the basic theory of tacit knowledge ; tacit knowledge in the enterprise ; research for existing teachers to construct knowledge theory , analysis of the characteristics of the \strengthen the theory and teaching videos combined . Chapter Discrimination of the difference between the outstanding teachers and young teachers ; survey of secondary school teachers are trained in the beginning of the entry , and learned that the direct experience of teachers for Teacher Training . Chapter IV summarizes the teachers to tacit knowledge , and thinking about the role of teaching videos in tacit knowledge transfer process . Chapter V design a delivery platform based on the tacit knowledge of the campus network , and future prospects of this research platform space forward . Chapter VI of this thesis, a summary and outlook .
