Abstract


In this paper, profound studies of fixed tube plate heat type exchanger are carried out: firstly, in the study of tube plate thickness’ rule, detailed artificial calculation and check of tube plate are implemented according to procedures. The tube plate with different heat exchanger nominal diameters (400 millimetres、 1000 millimetres、 1600millimeters) are under shell or tube pressure of 1.0 to 6.0 mega Pascal, results of thicknesses under varied pressures are obtained, two-dimension curve diagrams and three-dimension curved faces are emulated with MATLAB, some basic rules of thickness and stresses are analysed and discussed; Secondly, In the study of tube layout with different nominal diameters (400 millimetres to 1600 millimetres) and under the condition of single and double tube passes, artificial calculations of it with correct method are done; Also, computer aided design diagrams of it are finished; computer procedures for tube layout under the condition of single tube and shell pass are programmed, then the number of tubes is received (nominal diameter is from 400 millimetres to 3500 millimetres). With the comparison of them, you can see the advantages of the latter with the same nominal diameter, it is more sufficient, convenient and efficient; At last, in the integral optimization design of fixed tube plate heat exchanger, linear weighting method is adopted. The optimization can be done with the specific parameters, the objective function and confinements are defined, satisfied results can be obtained. The studies upward are to provide instructions for the engineering designs of fixed tube in fixed tube plate type heat type exchanger. That is to say, you can select the suitable thickness result of fixed tube plate to meet the requirements of certain conditions; also, they are of reference and actual meanings to tube layout of fixed tube plate heat type exchanger and other types of shell and tube type heat exchangers.
