Abstract


As market competition intensifies, machinery manufacturing industry is facing complex product structure, more variety, small batch and short production cycle pressure. To make machinery manufacturing to quickly respond to market demand, the paper mass customization as guidance in order to improve the reuse of resources for the target product were studied SolidWorks PDM environment based assembly process design system related technical theory, methods, and systems key technologies. This thesis describes the following aspects: (1) analysis of the current situation facing the manufacturing industry, elaborated topics related support technology, on this basis, that the assembly process design system current research status and existing problems; summary The main contents of this thesis and characteristics; given the structure of this article. (2) In our group developed QUST-PDMS based on the status of their application and business needs situation, the system functional requirements analysis, functional model of the system. (3) research systems support environment - based on an integrated manufacturing information coding system and open process resource management systems, analysis support environment should have the capabilities and establish functional model, its key technologies for analysis and design. (4) of the assembly process for the overall system design, research and analysis system architecture and data models and assembly process of the system is given in FIG. (5) to SolidWorks as the support platform for the three-dimensional environment, assembly process planning system key technologies such as assembly sequence planning, visualization assembly system diagram design environment, the assembly process of the simulation are analyzed and discussed, developed a visual assembly process systems.
