Abstract

Thermal power plant boiler combustion process control system's basic task is to make the heat generated by fuel combustion boiler steam load to adapt to the needs, but also to ensure the safe operation of the boiler. Typically, thermal power plant boiler combustion process control system is composed of steam pressure control subsystem, flue gas oxygen control subsystem, furnace pressure control subsystem and other components. Among them, the steam pressure control is based on the boiler main steam pressure deviation or thermal power load request command to control the boiler fuel quantity, but because of boiler complex structure, heat capacity, steam pressure control object has a larger delay and inertia characteristics, combined fuel flow difficulty of accurate measurement, and the quality of the fuel used is the variability of the current application of power plant steam pressure control subsystem is difficult to timely and effectively overcome the fuel within the interference, it is difficult to ensure the stability of the combustion process, the load to adapt nature, affecting the system's security and economy of operation. In this paper, the \background, focused on the demonstration furnace radiant energy signal in the boiler combustion process control application, will quickly reflect changes in the amount of fuel furnace radiant energy signal as a guide before the combustion process variables to improve the existing control system design. Study using a large number of operational data collected at the scene, according to the least square method identified the mathematical model of control object, and the accuracy of the model was verified. For comparative analysis of the existing system and improve the system performance, study the use of simulation tools in MATLAB Simulink simulation experiments carried out on the two analyzes, the results show that the improved system performance than the original system has been significantly optimized, validated improved system than the original system can overcome well within the interference, the control object to overcome the large delay, high inertia characteristics of the combustion process control the adverse effects of optimizing the combustion, reducing the pollutant emissions, saving energy, improve the safety of the unit and economy. This research will be of boiler combustion process control system design and renovation to provide new ideas and reference.
