Abstract

Moral education is an important part of the civic and moral construction, to promote the healthy growth of young people, maintaining social stability is of great significance. The process of moral education is to cultivate the ideological and moral society needs. The process of moral effectiveness of the relationship between good moral character the ability to form, therefore, study and explore the process of moral education has a very important theoretical and practical significance for us at this stage of moral education. In recent years, the transformation of the economic system brought the impact of the traditional social order, the traditional moral difficult to adapt to the current development needs, in order to improve the quality of moral education, the state has increased investment in moral education, hours, funding, personnel to be guaranteed, but the actual effect is not obvious, moral education reform and development, we must think about the effectiveness of the problem. The effectiveness of moral education is not strong, mainly due to the lack of formation of the students moral psychological analysis, the lack of an effective moral ways and means to adapt to the development of students' moral subjectivity. To improve the effectiveness of moral education must be changed in the past that consistent as the premise, emphasizing the the didactic moral education of external causes, and effectively emphasis on the important role of psychological factors in the ideological and moral formation of respect for the educated subjectivity and differences. In this paper, the process of moral connotation, the main problems of the current process of moral education in China, the paper argues that to ignore the educated individual differences at this stage of the process of moral and psychological formation mechanism, the effect is not obvious moral education, effectiveness abroad has been the development of psychological application of the results to guide technology transformation in China's process of moral education to adapt to China's current moral education development needs, the use of psychological guidance technology to give full play to the initiative of educated individuals in the process of moral, respect for the individual self-selection, emphasis on the the psychological formation mechanism of the process of moral education, to stimulate students' inner potential, thus changing the effect of the practical aspects of the process of moral education in China is not obvious, to enhance the effectiveness of moral education. This paper is divided into four parts: Part I: narrative summary of the process of moral education, recalling the course of the development of the process of moral education in China, pointed out the shortcomings of the process of moral development, discusses the psychological formation mechanism an important role in the process of moral education.
