Abstract


Hanzhengjie as the oldest commercial district in Wuhan , since the late 80s of the last century , since the early 1990s , carried out several rounds of large-scale reconstruction of old urban areas . A large number of streets and alleys commercial space occupy the space of the daily life of residents moved to after the transformation , conversion platform . The conversion platform daily life tedious complex and vivid , this article will through field investigation to explore in the high-density , mixed use residential and commercial , the traditional style Hanzhengjie Old Town : First , how the conversion platform more active integration into the the social life of the region , in future conversion platform design should implement the principle of what . Study include the investigation and analysis of the two phases : the first phase focused on the use of functional the main Hanzhengjie mixed commercial and residential floor conversion platform , the physical environment and human behavior activities Investigation and Analysis . The second phase of to select of Jinchang cloth market conversion platform as cases are analyzed in detail . The basis of the two above-mentioned research and analysis , observation of the material and the space environment and social space environment analysis , combining theoretical research , come to affect Hanzhengjie outdoor daily life on the conversion platform main factors : the platform public service facilities , accessibility of the platform , the platform plane layout and use of population structure , to complete the analysis of the phenomenon to the structure . By the observation platform complex disorder of everyday life of Hanzhengjie convert , we get a lot of detailed basic information , and draw a conclusion has practical significance . I hope as a follow-up the development of mixed commercial and residential building in Hanzhengjie learn .
