In this thesis comes from a country to explore Fund subject to explore a high-speed moving objects speed (up to 20km · s -1 ) measurement system. The measuring system of high-speed objects in the absolute law plays an irreplaceable role in solving the material in the high-pressure equation of state, especially in recent decades, due to the need for inertial confinement fusion research at home and abroad have been built a series of high-power laser experimental setup, the impact of material pressure to reach a few hundred GPa to several Tpa, only active diagnostic technology to solving such materials under high pressure equation of state. In the paper, there is proposed a novel measurement speed system: DVSVI (Double-sensitivitiesVISAR with Single Velocity Interferometer), in principle it is a velocity interferometer, using the Doppler effect of the light to strike the moving speed of the object. DVSVI is developed on the basis of the traditional double-sensitivity VISAR velocimetry system, it is relatively traditional velocimetry system with many improvements: double-sensitivity VISAR velocity interferometer system and recording system with a single set of measurements, making the system simpler, more cost low, this has a very important practical significance for expensive such velocimetry system. Thesis Chapter 1 discusses the background to explore the speed system, meaning, and goals; Chapter 2 describes related with DVSVI velocimetry the Doppler velocimetry principle and technology, such as displacement interferometer velocity interferometer VISAR technology; Chapter 3 detailed exposition of DVSVI velocimetry system works as well as the optical path layout, analysis of the performance of the system, the mathematical model of data processing as well as recording systems stripes camera principle; Chapter 4 do DVSVI system of error analysis, including the detection light source caused the error, the error caused by the etalon, optical lenses, and the error caused by the shape accuracy and the signal acquisition and processing errors caused; Chapter 5 Design a set of DVSVI velocimetry system, to determine the parameters of the devices used by the system according to the proposed performance indicators include laser parameters and select etalon parameters are determined as well as the identification and selection of the streak camera recording system parameters as well as the parameters of the lens determine; Chapter 6 describes the set of their using matlab software development, its main role is to help our DVSVI design process to select the various parameters, such as velocity sensitivity parameter selection, the recording system time-resolution parameter selection, the data processing model is correct or not the argument, the theoretical error analysis; Chapter 7 is experimental data analysis, analysis of the sample material and the surface the impact of the situation on the fringe contrast.
