Abstract


Burnout is a negative state of mind of the modern man , is one of the important factors affecting the performance of the work . Samples of previous research on teachers' burnout primary and secondary school teachers , the lack of systematic research for university teachers . Therefore, the burnout of college teachers , has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the effective development and utilization of University Human Resources , enhance university competitiveness . Study teachers , Huazhong University of Science and Technology as the official samples investigated the reliability and validity of the research tools based on the analysis of variance to explore the impact of the subjects demographic variables of job burnout, job satisfaction , and social support ; correlation analysis respectively, to explore the relationship between teacher burnout and teachers' job satisfaction and social support ; inspection of social support through the packet buffer model ; predict teacher burnout through multiple regression . Research the following conclusions : (1) teachers' burnout structural model for the three-factor model ; structure model of the teacher job satisfaction is a second-order factor model ; social support structure of the model is the three-factor model . ( 2 ) 21.6 % of the teachers have obvious symptoms of burnout ; 34.8% of the teachers are not satisfied with the current work , 27% ??of the teachers are fairly limited social support . (3) demographic variables had a significant effect for teacher burnout , job satisfaction , and social support . (4 ) teachers' burnout between the total score and teachers' job satisfaction score was negatively significant correlation ( r = - .449 , P = 0.001) ; teachers' job burnout and social support was negatively significant correlation between the total score ( r = - .518, P = 0.001); teachers of different levels of social support , significant differences in job burnout and job satisfaction . (5 ) examined the social support buffer model . (6) social support , job satisfaction , and the subjects demographic variables predictive role of teacher burnout .
