Abstract


In this paper, the general theory of urban industrial analysis and experience of urban industrial development at home and abroad , to demonstrate the necessity of urban industrial as well as its main features , combined with the the Wuhan actual explores Wuhan need to develop the urban industrial as well as how to develop urban industrial problems. Urban industrial and urban development to the metropolitan stage , able to adapt to the conditions of existence of the city , and rely on the aggregation effect of the metropolis , in the form of industrial memory in the city center area . Urban industry can be divided into four types: industrial manufacturing enterprises , research and development , sales and management headquarters ; traditional labor-intensive processing and manufacturing ; technology , information -intensive processing and manufacturing ; intelligence -intensive culture , design products plus industries. Generally have urban industrial land size small , high value-added , non-polluting characteristics , mostly belonging to the labor -intensive and knowledge-intensive industries . Urban industrial enterprises are generally small businesses , often exist in aggregated form . Overall industrial situation of Wuhan and the Wuhan urban industrial categories analysis , come to the following conclusions : Wuhan is about to enter the second stage of industrial development , with the improvement of the level of GDP per capita , and will produce a unique urban consumer Wuhan city , at this stage the economy should be by the modern, urban industrial and urban services to jointly promote the adjustment of industrial structure , it is necessary to promote the development of urban industrial productivity system to complement the formation of high-tech industries , pillar industries and urban industrial ; industrial advantages of the four industries are mainly concentrated in the clothing , food , packaging , printing , and small electronic information product manufacturing , based on the technical advantages of the rich scientific and educational resources in Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone , the electronic information product manufacturing industry has great potential for development ; Finally, the the Wuhan urban industrial development may rely on urban industrial park and urban industrial buildings , combine the development of urban industrial and old industrial bases .
