Abstract


Small towns throughout our urbanization in the irreplaceable foundation status , both the edge of the city , is the coordination area of the pilot area of rural modernization and urban-rural relations . Development of small towns in China are basically rural industrialization , promote the development of township enterprises , since the reform and opening up , this impetus is evident , but in recent years , with the overall shrinkage of China's township enterprises , the development of small towns power recession influence of the entire process of urbanization , the urbanization trend slowed down . The key to the coordinated development of China's urbanization is recycling the power system for the development of small towns . This paper introduced the process of the development of small towns in the comprehensive competitiveness of industrial clusters in emerging forms of industrial organization , and to seek a combination of the two , in order to recycling dynamic mechanism of the development of small towns .
