Abstract


Enterprise device management evaluation index system and device management mode as the research object , enterprise performance evaluation theory , modern enterprise production management science, device management engineering , a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of equipment management system situation and the existing problems , borrowing from enterprise device management mode based on existing equipment management mode , the Great Wall Aluminium Corporation systematic analysis and performance evaluation , and combined with its characteristics and problems of exploratory land to adapt to the new model of the enterprise equipment management . The main conclusions of the paper are: ( 1 ) Great Wall Aluminium Corporation Device Manager main technical indicators and economic indicators of the overall effect is good ; the equipment asset performance was on the rise year by year to realize the economic value and bring good economic benefits for the enterprise ; (2) proposed \device Manager to proceed smoothly .
