Abstract


The Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) for the core the PMI index system in the world has access to a wide range of applications of Eight industrialized nations , including more than twenty countries have introduced the PMI index system , famous ISM manufacturing purchasing managers index and Chicago The purchasing managers index is of concern . In July 2005 , the National Bureau of Statistics and the China Logistics and Purchasing Federation to launch the China PMI index system , and officially released internationally at the end of August . The subject of study is carried out in such a context . Hangzhou PMI index system research and development : First, read through the extensive literature , the collation of the basic principles of the PMI index system , including the origins , strengths, weaknesses and role of the index system and introduced the index system in the world and the development and application of the status quo ; Second , elaborated the principle of the compilation of the index system , including the selection of the survey sample , the preparation of the questionnaire , the implementation of the survey , the diffusion coefficient calculated PMI calculation , and the investigation report preparation ; then , conducted a questionnaire survey of the Hangzhou area manufacturing enterprise management decision-making information on the status quo , according to the findings illustrate the need for the establishment of the index system , and improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) of the sort of information for decision-making indicators weights in weight order basis on the preparation of the the Hangzhou area PMI survey questionnaire ; Finally , based on the summary of the domestic and international experience in the successful operation of the proposed to effectively introduce PMI index system in Hangzhou 5:00 constructive suggestions and countermeasures . At the end of the article , a summary of the study , analysis of the shortcomings and defects , and given 4:00 subsequent research proposals .
