Abstract


Iron and steel enterprises are capital-intensive industries , input and output large . Iron and steel enterprises as various types of equipment required for investment in fixed assets , usually accounts for more than 50% of fixed assets . In order to ensure the normal , stable, safe operation , purchase and storage of a certain amount of equipment, spare parts are needed. How reasonable inventory is done spare steel enterprises are facing a common problem . In this paper, Tianjin Steel Tube Company spare parts management and optimization issues were discussed and tried to seek more than one joint enterprise inventory of spare parts of the road were studied. This first chapter of the Tianjin Steel Tube Company conducted a briefing on the research background , domestic steel enterprises spare parts management situation, the situation improved spare parts management are discussed , and the Tianjin Steel Tube Company spare parts management problems were analyzed. The second chapter of the spare parts were classified according to the degree of importance ; fault for spare parts were analyzed to determine the fault model , mechanism and fault intervals for fault detection techniques are briefly ; demand for spare parts forecasting methods are analyzed and presented the seasonal index prediction model and gray prediction model, and two kinds of model predictions were compared ; classification according to spare parts , spare parts failure period gives a different storage cycle model , combined with forecasts for spare parts inventory optimization ; right spare parts planning and procurement between the bias and amplification phenomena were analyzed. The third chapter is based on the same type of steel companies exist interchangeability of spare parts , put forward the concept of virtual enterprise , and corporate entities and virtual enterprises differ , operating model and organizational systems are discussed . On the supply chain structure has been clearly put forward the basic idea of ??a joint inventory , spare parts and more enterprises to establish joint stock system and operational mechanism of self-organization . Based on the above analysis, combined with Tianjin Pipe Corporation and Tianjin Steel geographical advantages and complementarities spare parts , spare parts explore two virtual joint stock company to achieve the vision . The fourth chapter builds parts management performance evaluation system , spare parts management system of statistical indicators to establish spare parts inventory turnover , usage , sources, funds effectiveness evaluation model ; inventory analysis system on the plan , such as a comprehensive inventory statistics .
