Purpose : To evaluate the PET / CT detection of gynecological malignancies clinical value . Methods : 30 patients with gynecologic malignancies ( 11 cases of cervical cancer , 6 cases of endometrial cancer , 13 cases of patients with ovarian cancer) , in the pre-operative or post-operative PET / CT scan , the application image analysis and visual quantitative ( standard absorption plant , SUV) method , comparing the clinical significance of the observed PET / CT, PET, CT, CA125, AFP, histopathological detection of gynecological malignancies . : 1.11 cases of cervical cancer PET / CT scan before surgery or after surgery , eight cases of PET / CT -positive are consistent with the organization of pathology and surgical results , diagnostic accuracy was 100% . 3 cases of PET / CT -negative patients , 33% of the patients with pathologically confirmed as cervical carcinoma in situ , PET / CT , the false negative rate . 3 cases of cervical cancer , CT examination of pelvic lymph node -negative , PET / CT scan was positive . The sensitivity , specificity and accuracy of PET / CT diagnosis of cervical cancer , 100% , 91% and 91% , respectively . PET / CT were 2.6 cases of endometrial cancer before surgery or after surgery , including four cases PET / CT -positive results consistent with the postoperative pathological examination , diagnostic accuracy was 100% . Two cases PET / CT negative consistent with surgical findings , the diagnosis was 100% . One cases of preoperative curettage pathological examination of suspicious endometrial cancer , PET / CT prompted for endometrial cancer Ic, and pathologic examination confirmed that PET / CT has clinical value of early diagnosis . PET / CT diagnosis of endometrial cancer , the sensitivity , specificity, and accuracy of 100% , 100% and 100% , respectively . PET / CT were 3.13 cases of ovarian cancer patients before surgery or after surgery , 10 cases PET / CT -positive patients with ovarian cancer are pathological examination and confirmed by surgery , diagnostic accuracy was 100% . 3 cases of PET / CT -negative patients , 1 cases by clinical follow-up confirmed for recurrent ovarian cancer , PET / CT false negative rate of 33% .
